Coal Mining Heritage Questionnaire

Hello,

Thank you to all of those who attended the workshops over the last four weeks.  We hope that you enjoyed them? We were certainly very interested to hear of your experiences and interests in the coal mining heritage of Nottinghamshire.

A poem on mining shared with us during the Wollaton workshop. Unfortunately we do not know by whom or when it was written.

We are now beginning to compile a report, summarising the results of the workshops.  If you were interested but unable to attend one of workshops, we would still like to hear your opinion about the physical heritage of Nottinghamshire’s col mining industry.

Please feel free to fill out the attached short questionnaire and return it to us at: nottscoal@yorkat.co.uk
